Joining Bentley Systems in April 2023, I spearheaded the transition of our application to the Bentley iTwin Design System, upgrading to nPulse 3.0. Overcoming resource and time constraints, I led a comprehensive UI/UX redesign across 100+ screens, enhancing usability and setting new design standards. Additionally, I'm integrating analytics and ServiceNow into nPulse via Pendo, showcasing my commitment to innovation and adeptness at enhancing product functionality under challenging circumstances.

At LTI Mindtree, I led the product lifecycle for two geospatial solutions, enhancing development efficiency by 40% through the adoption of Agile methodologies and lean frameworks. My strategic pivot to native mobile apps slashed app size from 150MB to 30MB, doubling performance, and reducing crashes fourfold, significantly enhancing user experience. This transition, coupled with improved UI/UX handoff techniques, achieved a development fidelity of 90% to prototypes. My approach not only accelerated product delivery but also drove substantial improvements in performance and user satisfaction, showcasing my ability to make impactful decisions and lead teams to deliver high-quality products.
